Amy + TQ {bali wedding}

Not sure where to start with this... the experience, the gratefulness, the couple, the location.... all of it was a dream to document and live. We feel so grateful for this opportunity. So we've have been dying to share this wedding for nearly a year now and are so happy to finally have it up on our blog. We had to hold off from sharing since the lovely Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine had a hold of it, and now that they have shared it on their website we can put it up on ours. See it Here. Also, a big thanks to Style Me Pretty for the fabulous post! I laid out the post a bit different then our usual way. We felt that not only was there a story to tell with the wedding itself, and the awesomeness that is Amy and TQ, but to include the feeling and beauty of Bali. So I have mixed in our travel and landscapes with in the post.  We can't thank Amy and TQ enough for such a wonderful experience. Enjoy the photos!!!

A little bali love {plus another sneak}

Some photos from Bali... Le Sigh. We woke up so many times before sunrise. I don't know if it was jet lag or just excitement. But we took advantage of it. Or I should say Erin did. He went out with his tripod and took some amazing landscapes while I just leaned on his shoulder and breathed. In case you all have not visited Erin's personal website you need too. His landscapes and photo stories are amazing.

And one more of the beautiful bride from the wedding.... more to come.

TQ + Amy {in the mood for love- Bali, Indonesia}

When we were in Bali, Indonesia for the AMAZING wedding of this couple (that we will share soon) we spent an afternoon with them photographing this In The Mood For Love inspired engagement  shoot. We had so much fun taking over an awesome restaurant, Siam Sally, in Ubud for an hour.  Amy had the most beautiful Cheongsams made for the shoot that fit the feel of the story so well. If you haven't seen the movie by Wong Kar-wai, you must!  We had to stop for a minute to pinch ourselves that we were shooting in BALI....

Bali, Solvang, Kauai {sneak peeks}

We are here in Kauai, enjoying our last day of five destination weddings in a row. WOW we have so much to show you. Here are 3 peeks of the last 3 weddings. Each as beautiful as the next. Bali- When we get this post up it will be a long one! (probably more like 3 posts) But this pic pretty much sums up the life of Bali. LOVE & MOTORCYCLES. :)

The Next destination was up the California coast to Solvang for a beautiful wedding with fabulous decor and a perfect Rainbow with no rain!

Then finally we are here in Kauai and what a sweet and relaxed wedding it was. And unlike how most people would have imagined  the wedding to be on a beach, it wasn't! It was in a tropical garden with peacocks, ponds, and shaved ice. Oh but don't worry there are some lovely beach portraits too. :)
